Can I list products without prices?
Yes. Products without prices are still displayed in your personal store, but they won’t appear in the main marketplace, search results, or categories. These products show a **“Contact Us”** button instead of “Add to Cart,” so customers can message you directly.
How do automatic updates work?
Your store automatically syncs with your Instagram every hour. You can also trigger updates manually at any time from their dashboard.
Why can’t I add certain items to my cart?
Items that don’t have a listed price can’t be added to the cart. They will only appear within the vendor’s own store and display a **“Contact Us”** option instead.
What happens if I add false prices or contact info in my product descriptions?
Vendors are expected to list accurate prices and stock information. Fake placeholder pricing (e.g., setting items to $1) or adding contact details such as phone numbers, emails, or social links will result in **flags** on your account.
Two flags may lead to account removal by an administrator.
Do I need technical experience to set up my store?
Not at all! Just connect your Instagram account, and OneofaKindMarket automatically builds your online store. You can manage products, descriptions, and analytics from a simple dashboard—no coding required.
Will I be able to take online payments later on?
Customers pay vendors directly on pickup or delivery.
This will alwys remain an option for all store vendors
In the near future, OneofaKindMarket will introduce secure online payment processing with small transaction fees, so you can collect payments directly through your store. (enabling this is optional)
How do I track my performance?
Every vendor has access to an analytics dashboard that shows product views, orders, and engagement across the marketplace and your standalone store.
