Heavensake Junmai has salted caramel notes with a bright, fresh finish, this sake has 25% less alcohol and calories than classic sakes without compromising on taste. This technical challenge was masterfully solved by Regis Camus and the toji of the family-owned Konishi brewery in the Hyogo prefecture. 12% ABV.
